MediDerm® Laser - Facial Rejuvenation

  • Introduction

Introduction

MediDerm® laser is a skin rejuvenation system that reduces wrinkles and skin imperfections.  It gives skin a smoother and younger look.  The laser delivers a controlled light wavelength that is appropriate for you.  It creates a customized peel treatment efficiently.  Your skin will immediately look refreshed and healthier.

MediDerm® Laser delivers a precise beam of light energy to the outer layer of skin.  It can be used on the face, neck, chest, or hands.  MediDerm® provides better results than other laser treatment methods.  It is less invasive than chemical peels or ablative resurfacing lasers. This type laser would be considered a non-ablative laser which allows for a quicker healing.

Treatment

MediDerm® laser treatment is a short in-office procedure.  The procedure is virtually painless and requires no anesthesia.  The MediDerm® laser will be applied to the precise area of skin that you wish to have treated.  Your skin may sting slightly for the first several hours following your treatment.

A layer of skin will completely peel in two to seven days.  You may use a moisturizer or make-up to minimize the appearance of redness or exfoliating skin during this period.  The completed peel exposes a new surface layer of skin that has a more even texture and presents a younger look.
