Patient Portal

Once you are logged in to our patient portal, you can:

  • Send a message to your doctor
  • Request a prescription refill
  • Update your medical history
  • Update your preferred pharmacy
  • View instructions for prescriptions (if one was prescribed)
  • View instructions for wound care (if you had a procedure)
  • View a summary of your visit
  • View and print a copy of your dermatology electronic health record

Patient Portal Login

Please note this Portal works best with Mozilla Firefox, but please try your preferred browser first.  Occasionally, you may find some features do not work in Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Safari.  You can download Firefox for free at www.mozilla.org.  We regret any inconvenience this may cause and have actively encouraged our portal vendor to expand the portal to be 100% compatible with all browsers.

Once logged in, you will see a column of menus on the left-hand side of the browser. Use these to navigate to your medical history. If you make any changes, please remember to click Save at the bottom of the screen. Under the Visit Info tab at the top of the screen, click on My Health to view a copy of your office visit notes.  Select the date you are interested in and click View Vist Note.  "View Education" will review information about your diagnosis and any prescriptions you may have been given during your visit. 

To send your doctor a message, select Contact Us and fill out the secure message form.  For emergencies, seek immediate medical attention. 

Please note that at this time, Tests and Results are not available on the Portal.  This may change in the future and, if it does, we will let you know.
